Policy/Disclaimer/Fees

Cancellation Policy

A 10-day notice is required to cancel or reschedule your charter date. Cancellations are subject to a handling fee 10% of deposit. Deposits may be carried over to future trips, or refunded to you with an Island Outfitter LLC check. Cancellations less than 10 days of your charter, (this will include no shows) forfeits full deposit. Our Captains reserve the right to cancel any charter at any time due to unsafe weather conditions; you may be rescheduled or subject to full or partial refund. For your safety, Gulf trips may turn to Bay trips at the Captains discretion.

Island Outfitters LLC acts solely as a service agent to help facilitate the booking of charter services. Island Outfitters LLC expressly disclaims and shall be free of all responsibility or liability for any act, loss, accident, delay, error, omission, injury, neglect or fault of any person providing any service or due to any cause occurring during a charter.

Island Outfitters LLC does not control any of the charter services in our program. We do not assume any responsibility for any of the charters. Captains are Independent Contractors and you may experience variations in boat and services.

Booking Fees

Island Outfitters LLC collects a deposit only for each charter. It is the customers responsibility to pay the remaining charter fees to the captain by check or cash.
